About Michelle

Nationwide Financial Planning | Based in Florida

Not everyone grows up learning how money works.
For many families, if money came in, it was spent. If it didn’t, you simply went without. There was no playbook; no one explaining how to save, invest, or plan for the future.

Michelle understands that experience personally.

She didn’t grow up learning about saving or investing either. Money often felt uncertain. As a young single mother and schoolteacher, she worked hard and did everything “right”. But still felt the quiet weight of not knowing whether she was truly building a secure future.

Determined to create something different for herself and her daughter, Michelle educated herself in finance. Along the way, she had a humbling realization: she knew how to work hard, sign up for a retirement plan, and swipe a credit card, but she didn’t truly understand how to build wealth.

So, she decided to change that. Michelle became a financial advisor in 2013 not just to transform her own future, but to help others avoid the same uncertainty she once felt. Education became her mission.

Today, Michelle specializes in financial planning, retirement planning, and investment guidance for everyday professionals who are successful in their careers but may feel unsure about their financial strategy. She believes financial planning should never feel intimidating or embarrassing. You don’t need to become an expert in markets or tax strategies; that’s her profession. Just as she wouldn’t expect her dentist to change his own brakes, she doesn’t expect her clients to master the complexities of investing on their own.

She meets clients exactly where they are, without judgment, offering clear explanations, thoughtful strategy, and a steady hand.

Michelle’s perspective on money was shaped even more deeply by her father’s experience. He worked for decades as a truck driver, saved diligently, and looked forward to retirement. But after battling stage 4 esophageal cancer, he passed away at just 55 years old, spending his retirement years in chemotherapy instead of enjoying the life he had planned.

That experience forever changed how Michelle views financial freedom. Saving is essential. Planning is critical. But so is living. True financial security isn’t just about someday, it’s about creating balance between today and tomorrow.

As a trusted partner, Michelle helps her clients:

  • Clarify near-term, mid-term, and long-term goals

  • Align investments with their vision

  • Create a clear, strategic path forward

  • Anticipate and mitigate potential risks

So they can work hard, save wisely, and enjoy life along the way.

Her greatest hope is that her clients say they trust her completely and that working with her has brought peace to their lives.

Because no one should feel alone when it comes to their financial future.

Meet Michelle

Michelle Engle is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER®, educator at heart, and devoted wife and mother of two daughters. She believes the most meaningful wealth in life isn’t measured in dollars, it’s measured in peace of mind, freedom, and the ability to be fully present with the people you love.

Family is at the center of everything she does. As a wife and mother, Michelle understands firsthand the balance between planning responsibly for the future and enjoying the season you’re in right now. Some of her favorite moments are the quiet ones, reading a good book, traveling with her family, or simply slowing down long enough to be grateful for how far they’ve come.

Her journey into financial planning wasn’t accidental. It was deeply personal. Having once felt the uncertainty of not fully understanding how money works, she knows what it’s like to work hard and still wonder, “Am I doing this right?” That experience shaped not only her career, but her compassion.

Michelle listens closely. She explains clearly. And she genuinely cares. She doesn’t see financial planning as spreadsheets and projections, she sees it as helping real people build lives they feel confident living.

Michelle believes financial freedom isn’t about chasing more. It’s about creating clarity, security, and space; space to travel, to rest, to celebrate milestones, and to live intentionally.

At the end of the day, her greatest hope is simple: that her clients feel undeniably supported, deeply understood, and completely at peace about their financial future.
